Multiple integrations were created between Salesforce and the company’s existing IT infrastructure, including the SAP ERP system and Single Sign-On User. These integrations enable partners to log in using their enterprise email accounts, enhancing the user experience.

Result

The successful delivery of the Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation resulted in a very high adoption rate by the company’s partners. In addition, the platform drastically decreased email and phone communication between the partners and the company, as partners can perform most of the necessary actions themselves.
